These terms govern access to atelierstacked.run and services offered by Needlework Atelier Stacked, Oudegracht 158, 3511 AZ Utrecht, Netherlands. By using the site or booking a class, workshop, commission, materials purchase, or finishing service, you agree to these terms. Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections for customers residing in the EU.
Bookings and payments
Prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. A place in a class or workshop is confirmed when we acknowledge your booking and any required deposit is received. Remaining balances are due as stated on the class or workshop page. Commissions require an agreed brief and deposit before work begins. We may refuse bookings that exceed studio capacity or that fall outside adult needlework services.
Cancellations
For scheduled classes and workshops, cancellations received at least seven days before the start date receive a studio credit valid for six months. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the seat. If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer. Commission deposits are non-refundable once stitching has begun, except where required by mandatory consumer law for distance contracts where a cooling-off period applies and work has not started.
Studio conduct and liability
Participants must follow tutor guidance on tool safety and respect other students. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left unattended. Hand embroidery involves sharp needles; you stitch at your own careful risk. Finished commissions are checked before release; notify us of defects within fourteen days of collection. Website content is provided for information; we may update schedules and prices without prior notice, though confirmed bookings honour the price agreed at confirmation.
Intellectual property
Designs, photographs, and text on this site belong to Needlework Atelier Stacked or their licensors. Class patterns remain for your personal use unless a licence states otherwise. Commissioned original designs are licensed for your private display; commercial reproduction requires written permission.
